Privacy Policy
Last Updated: September 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how XinshunPCB handles personal information in connection with pcbxinshun.com, business inquiries, quotations, and PCB fabrication and assembly projects. Our services are intended for business customers, including purchasing teams, engineers, OEMs, and electronics companies.
1. Who This Policy Applies To
This website is operated by PCB XINSHUN CO., LIMITED (旭創鑫電子有限公司), trading as XinshunPCB. The company is responsible for the personal information handled through this website and our business inquiries. Our factory contact address is Building 2, Wanxia Industrial Zone, No. 32 Xiangxing Road, Baoan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. This policy covers information about website visitors and people who contact us on behalf of customers, prospective customers, suppliers, or other business partners. For questions about how we handle your information, contact sales@pcbxinshun.com using the details below.
This policy concerns personal information. Commercial confidentiality, design ownership, and manufacturing obligations are also addressed by any applicable quotation, order, confidentiality agreement, and our Terms of Service. Providing information for an inquiry does not by itself create an NDA or a manufacturing contract.
2. Information You Provide
- Business contact details: Your name, email address, company name, telephone or WhatsApp number, and the country or dialing code supplied with an inquiry.
- Inquiry and project information: The product or service you select, project requirements, quantities, delivery needs, technical questions, and correspondence with our team.
- Uploaded or shared files: Documents submitted through an available upload field or shared by email, such as Gerber data, drawings, BOMs, spreadsheets, specifications, and assembly or testing instructions. These files may include names, email addresses, signatures, or other personal information.
- Order administration information: If a project proceeds, contact, billing, shipping, invoice, payment-reference, and delivery information needed to administer the transaction.
- Email subscription information: The email address you submit through a subscription or email-request form, together with related communication preferences and requests to stop receiving messages.
Information marked as required on a form is needed to process that request. Without sufficient contact or project details, we may be unable to respond or prepare a meaningful quotation. Please provide only information relevant to your business request. Do not upload passwords, identity documents, patient records, or unrelated sensitive personal data.
3. Website and Technical Information
When you visit the website, our website infrastructure and third-party tools may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, request timestamps, referring pages, visited pages, and error or security events. This information supports delivery of website content, traffic measurement, troubleshooting, and protection against spam and abusive requests.
The website currently loads Google Analytics, Cloudflare Turnstile, and GoDaddy website traffic or performance scripts. It also loads some website resources from external content-delivery services. Those providers may receive connection and device information when their resources are requested. Their collection and processing are also subject to their own privacy notices.
4. How We Use Information
- Respond to inquiries and communicate with the appropriate business contact.
- Review project requirements, perform relevant engineering or manufacturability reviews, and prepare quotations.
- Administer agreed PCB fabrication, component sourcing, assembly, testing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Maintain business correspondence and records needed for order history, revision control, quality follow-up, and repeat projects.
- Operate and improve the website, understand traffic, troubleshoot problems, and detect spam or misuse.
- Send requested business or subscription communications and manage communication preferences.
- Meet applicable accounting, tax, customs, recordkeeping, and other legal obligations, and handle disputes or legal claims.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, relevant grounds may include taking steps at your request before a contract or performing a contract with you; legitimate interests in communicating with business representatives, administering business relationships, and protecting our website; compliance with legal obligations; or consent for a particular optional activity. The applicable ground depends on the activity and your circumstances. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
5. Project Files and Business Confidentiality
Project files are submitted to help assess and carry out your manufacturing or assembly request. They may need to be reviewed by people involved in engineering, quotation, production, procurement, testing, or project support. An uploaded BOM or drawing may contain both commercial design information and personal information; this policy addresses the personal information within those materials.
If your project needs an NDA, a restricted file-sharing channel, specific access restrictions, or a defined retention or deletion schedule, please agree those requirements with us before sharing the relevant files. Remove unnecessary personal information and confirm that you are authorized to provide any third-party information included in a submission.
6. When Information May Be Shared
Depending on the request or project, information may be shared with personnel handling your inquiry and with service providers supporting website hosting, email delivery, business administration, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, or logistics. A supplier may need relevant BOM or technical details; a delivery provider may need recipient contact and shipping information. The information needed varies with the service being performed.
Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers or relevant authorities where necessary to comply with a legal requirement, address fraud or misuse, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. If a business reorganization or transfer involves customer records, any transfer must be handled in accordance with applicable law. Contact us if you need more information about the recipients relevant to your inquiry.
7. Cookies, Analytics, and Your Choices
The website uses technologies that support website functions and traffic measurement. Google Analytics is included to measure visits and website use; website components may also use cookies or similar storage for sessions, preferences, or attribution. Security checks such as Cloudflare Turnstile help distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse.
You can inspect, block, or delete cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Blocking certain technologies may affect forms or other website functions. Google also provides information and an opt-out tool for its analytics service. Browser settings do not necessarily stop all server-side processing or connection information from reaching a provider when you request its resources.
For further information, see Google’s Privacy Policy, the Google Analytics opt-out tool, Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy, and GoDaddy’s Privacy Policy. This notice is not itself consent to optional tracking.
8. Email, WhatsApp, and Third-Party Links
You may contact us by email, telephone, WhatsApp, or the website’s inquiry forms. Information you share through an external messaging platform is also handled by that platform under its own terms and privacy policy. Social-media links and other external links lead to services we do not operate.
To stop subscription or promotional emails, use an unsubscribe option where provided or email sales@pcbxinshun.com with your request. We may still need to send communications directly related to an active inquiry, order, requested support, or a legal obligation.
9. International Processing
Our company is based in Hong Kong and serves international customers, with manufacturing-related operations in Shenzhen, mainland China. When you send a business inquiry or project information to us, it may be handled in Hong Kong or mainland China. Hosting, email, analytics, security, or other service providers may also process information in other countries. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your country.
Applicable law may require particular safeguards for an international transfer. Contact us before sending information if your organization has specific transfer, data-residency, or contractual requirements, or if you need information about the processing arrangements relevant to your project.
10. Retention and Deletion
Retention depends on the purpose and type of record. Relevant factors include whether an inquiry or order remains active, support and repeat-order needs, agreed project record requirements, legal retention obligations, and the need to handle disputes. Subscription information may be retained while the subscription remains active; a limited suppression record may be needed to respect an unsubscribe request.
We determine retention separately for different categories of personal information and project records. You may request deletion or ask about the retention arrangements for your project. Some records may need to be retained to meet a legal obligation or resolve a claim, and backup copies may remain until the applicable backup cycle completes. A project-specific retention requirement should be agreed in writing.
11. Security
We use the website and business systems to handle inquiries and project communications. The website is served over HTTPS. No website, email service, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
If you believe information has been sent to the wrong recipient or you notice a possible security issue involving your inquiry, contact us promptly. For highly confidential design materials, discuss an appropriate sharing method and contractual protections before submission.
12. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law and your location, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict processing, object to certain processing, receive portable information, withdraw consent, or complain to a competent data protection authority. These rights may have conditions or exceptions.
To make a request, email sales@pcbxinshun.com with the subject “Privacy Request,” identify the inquiry or relationship concerned, and explain your request. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity or authority to act for another person. Please do not send identity documents unless specifically needed through an appropriate channel. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable requirements and explain any relevant limitation.
13. Children, Updates, and Contact
Our website and manufacturing services are directed to business users and are not intended for children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information to us, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in website functions, business processes, or applicable requirements. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page identifies the current version. A policy update does not automatically obtain consent for a new purpose where consent is required.
